LD-211螺旋道钉锚固剂

一、概述

     LD-211螺旋道钉锚固剂是以高分子材料复合而成的一种新型高性能锚固材料。包括A（树脂）、B（硬化剂）、C（填料）三组份，该产品采用优质树脂与精制填料，**固含量，不含溶剂等挥发性对人体有害物质。常温下将每组材料中三组份完全混合后即可使用，而*另外添加任何成份。它具有快硬、高强、耐高温、耐腐蚀、冷操作施工、潮湿绝缘性能好的特点。特别是省去加热工序，对环境无污染，避免了现场施工的火灾隐患。

I. Overview

   LD-211 screw spike anchoring agentis a new type anchor materialwhich is a composite of polymer materials,including A (resin), B (hardener), C (filler) three components, the product uses high-quality resin , ** solid content.It does not contain solventswhich can be harmful to human body. The three components can be used after mixing at room temperature . It has the features of fast rigidity, high strength, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, cold operation construction, and good moisture insulation properties. In particular, the heating process is omitted, and there is no pollution to the environment, thus avoiding the fire hazards of on-site construction.

二、使用范围

LD-211螺旋道钉锚固剂是轨枕道钉锚固**的产品，适用于高速客运专线、城铁、地铁、**线，以及各种轨道电路线路的道钉锚固。

三、主要技术性能

五、施工工艺
1、孔洞处理：
锚固前应先将孔内和道钉表面的杂物、粉尘及油污铁锈清除干净。将道钉孔底部用木塞、粘土等堵严，防止漏浆。填充物上部距道钉孔上口应不小于135mm。
2、材料配制：
1）检查产品外包装，规格、型号、生产日期，确保产品在厂家规定的保质期内。
2）打开包装桶盖，检查内装A料、B料、C料均无破损、漏洒、受潮结块现象，每桶中的装配比例为A料：B料：C料=100：50：650。
3）搅拌配料时，先将A料倒入桶中，边搅拌边缓慢加入B料，搅拌均匀后再将C料倒入桶中，搅拌成均匀的稀膏状。
3、锚固施工：
1）将拌合均匀的LD-211螺旋道钉锚固剂，灌注入道钉预留孔中，将道钉套入道钉锚固架从灌注孔上部压入灌满锚固剂的孔正中，转动道钉并轻轻敲击道钉上部，使锚固剂受振动达到密实。
2）道钉的锚固深度不得小于115mm。

V. Construction Technology

1. hole processing:

The debris, dust and oil rust on the surfaces of the holes and spikes should be removed before the anchoring. The bottom of the spike hole with a cork, clay, etc. to prevent leakage. The upper part of the filler should be not less than 135mm from the upper hole of the spike.

2.material preparation:

1) Check the product packaging, specifications, model, and production date to ensure that the product is within theshelf life.

2) Open the packaging lid, check the A, B and C materials are not damaged, spilled or damp, and the assembly ratio is A: B: C=100:50:650 .

3) When stirring the ingredients, first pour the A-material into the barrel, slowly add the B-material while stirring, and then stir the C-material into the barrel and stir into a uniform thin paste.

3.anchor construction:

1) Mix the uniform LD-211 screw spike anchoring agent, pouring itinto the hole , and put the spike into the center of the holewhichfilled with the anchoring agent, rotate the spike and Gently strike the upper part of the spike to make the anchoring agent vibrated to achieve compaction.

2) The anchorage depth of spikes shall not be less than 115mm.

六、注意事项
1、严禁使用未拌合均匀或处于初凝状态的锚固剂，配制好的胶液应在30分钟内用完。
2、锚固过程中严禁道钉与轨枕孔壁及底部填充物接触以免影响绝缘效果。
3、孔底填充物要压实，严禁粘附于孔壁，以免在孔壁与锚固剂之间形成隔离层影响抗拔效果。
4、严禁轨枕预留孔壁潮湿情况下锚固，以免影响抗拔效果。
5、A料和B料存放时间较长后会出现轻微分层现象，使用前应先摇匀方可使用。
6、在25℃环境温度下，锚固完成24h后可上线受力，严禁提前受力，以免造成损坏。温度低于25℃时完全固化时间将相应延长。
6. Attention

1. It is forbidden to use the anchoring agent which is not evenly mixed or in the initial setting state. The prepared glue should be used within 30 minutes.

2. Do not allow the spike to contact the hole wall and the bottom filler during the anchoring process to avoid affecting the insulation effect.

3. It is forbidden to anchor anchors in the Damp environment so as not to affect the anti-pulling effect.

4. A and B should be shaking before used when stored for a long time.

5. There should no force between 24htoavoid damage, The complete curing time will be prolonged when the temperature is lower than 25°C.

七、包装储存
1、标准包装规格为：20±0.2公斤/桶，骨料为20公斤/袋，不燃、不爆，可按一般货物运输。 
2、本品宜储存在干燥、阴凉处，储存期为6个月
